For this show, I got the opportunity to design a few of the makeup looks with guidance from the costume designer. On the right is the sheet I handed directly to the actor, so that she could complete the look herself.

Every night, I had to do pin curls on this particular actor. It had to be accurate for the time, and also hold with intense action throughout the show.

For both of the men in this image, I helped to show them how to do period accurate hair. For the actor on the far left, I did a braided updo each night, so her hair would remain secure.

This was an image captured in the dark of the bloodshot wound on this actors face. This was especially tricky, as I had to go onstage in black out while actors were performing just downstage with just a candle lit. I then would quickly apply fake blood on the actors forehead before he was revealed to the audience.
